Your Role, Your Impact
- Lead scalable maintenance and service operations for rail systems across Los Angeles, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Guarantee reliability by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing preventive measures, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and adopting new technologies to enhance service delivery.
- Promote knowledge sharing by mentoring junior engineers and facilitating training sessions to build team expertise.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for the degree.
- 3 years of experience in field service engineering or rail systems maintenance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, familiarity with diagnostic tools, and strong technical documentation skills.
- Understanding of rail industry standards, safety protocols, and asset management principles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills, with a focus on ownership and accountability.
