The ICU Senior Nurse Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for a 38-bed, two-unit multidisciplinary ICU, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and achievement of departmental goals. The role has broad accountability for clinical operations, workforce leadership, quality and regulatory performance, staffing, and resource management, while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous improvement
Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO), the Senior Nurse Manager independently oversees day-to-day operations and nursing personnel, with 24-hour accountability for the units. Compensation Range: $118,500.00- $172,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
