Make An Impact:
We are seeking a proactive, agile, and detail-oriented Jewelry Designer to join our creative team. Reporting directly to the Senior Creative Director, you will play a key role in bringing innovative, high-retail jewelry collections to life-from initial trend research and fast-to-market capsule concepts to precise technical production drawings.

This role offers an exciting blend of day-to-day creative collaboration, technical design execution, and strategic expansion into new lines (including a new Men's capsule). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts seamlessly to evolving design directions, and maintains high standards of precision and clear communication across internal teams and external vendors.

What you will do in this role:

  • Daily Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Creative Director on daily design needs, collection concepts, and brand direction.

  • Fast-to-Market Capsules: Stay ahead of global jewelry trends and partner with the Senior Creative Director to quickly design and launch "fast" and "super-fast" capsule collections to capture real-time market opportunities.

  • Men's Line Expansion: Lead design development, alongside the Senior Creative Director, for an upcoming new Men's Jewelry capsule.

  • Team Support: Provide hands-on assistance to the broader creative team during critical project milestones and launch deadlines.

  • Detailed Technical Specs: Create clear, highly detailed technical design specs/CAD drawings ready for factory development.

  • Factory & PD Liaison: Maintain clear, effective technical communication with vendors, manufacturers, and internal Product Development teams to ensure design integrity and timely execution.

Who You Are:
Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional design experience, ideally within one or more high-end retail or fashion brands.

  • Background: Prior experience in fashion design is welcomed; a strong background in Jewelry Design is preferred.

  • Software Proficiency:

  • Expert mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (required).

  • Hands-on 3D modeling experience in Rhinoceros (a strong plus).

  • Agile & Proactive: Highly fast-to-action with a "can-do" attitude and a sense of urgency.

  • Adaptable: Comfortable navigating the fluid, iterative nature of the creative and development processes.

  • Trend-Aware: Passionate about market intelligence and deeply tuned into global trends within the jewelry industry.

  • Strong Communicator: Clear, precise communicator capable of bridging creative concepts with technical vendor specifications.

What We Offer:

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health and well-being services

  • Retirement Planning: 401(k) match and educational resources

  • Paid Parental Leave & Return to Work Program: Support for new parents and caregivers

  • Generous Paid Time Off: Floating Holidays, Sick Time, Personal Days, Summer Flex Fridays

  • Work Flexibility: Hybrid schedule plus "Work-From-Anywhere" options

  • Tuition Reimbursement: Support for approved educational programs
