Hexcel is currently seeking a Training Manager for our Burlington, WA location. Hexcel Burlington fosters a strong plant culture centered on safety, inclusion, and teamwork to deliver consistent results. We are seeking a collaborative and results-oriented leader to develop, implement, and continuously improve training programs that support operational excellence, employee development, and regulatory compliance. This role will partner with site leaders to strengthen workforce capability, oversee training systems and compliance, and support employee success in a manufacturing environment.
