APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Design, develop, and analyze analog and high-voltage power systems for advanced communications platforms. Create power converter architectures and support power electronics designs ranging from low power to kilowatt-level applications. Perform mixed-signal circuit design, simulation, testing, troubleshooting, and verification. Develop technical specifications, requirements, and verification procedures for electronic systems and components. Evaluate circuit performance, conduct laboratory testing, and support system integration activities. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Support research and development efforts focused on innovative power system technologies. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field with 5+ years of relevant engineering experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant engineering experience. 3+ years of experience designing analog circuits, power electronics, or power conversion systems. 3+ years of experience with high-voltage DC power systems, power transmission systems, HVDC technologies, or power module design. 3+ years of experience using electrical engineering CAD tools and circuit simulation software. 3+ years of experience conducting circuit analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and performance verification. 3+ years of experience using laboratory test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and related electronic measurement tools. 3+ years of experience developing technical specifications, requirements, and verification documentation. What Sets You Apart: Expertise in mixed-signal circuit design and analysis. Experience with feedback systems, control systems, and power system grounding architectures. Experience designing power converter topologies ranging from watts to kilowatt-level applications. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to isolate and diagnose complex hardware issues. Experience analyzing circuit card schematics and supporting electronics R&D programs. Proven ability to lead technical design efforts and collaborate on complex engineering projects. Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled engineering solutions. Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
