Job Title: Alarm Monitoring and Dispatch Specialist
Location: Irving, TX
Employment: Temp to Direct
Industry: Manufacturing
Compensation: $15.00-$18.00 /hr.
Schedule: 40 hrs/Week.
2nd shifts 2pm - 10pm
About the Opportunity:

What You'll Do:
  • Monitor and process incoming alarm signals, troubleshoot alarm systems, and dispatch appropriate personnel or authorities as needed.
  • Receive and manage after-hours service calls, create service tickets, and coordinate with on-call service technicians.
  • Deliver professional, responsive customer service by assisting customers with account-related questions and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records by documenting calls, resolutions, dispatch activity, and system updates in the appropriate databases.
  • Prepare reports and participate in ongoing training and call reviews to strengthen communication and customer interaction skills.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Service.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Promote good listening skills.
  • Be familiar with emergency procedures.
  • Any certified training or knowledge of Access Control, Fire, and Burglary systems.
  • Prior security call center experience.
  • ACD knowledge helpful.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively over the telephone.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows (Word) and the internet.
