What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
- Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
- Create daily reports for management and team members.
- Work directly with Controller and CFO on client SOX documentation and testing
- Perform and document results of tests (quarter/annual)
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance

- Communication - Since the Accounts Payable Specialist interacts with multiple staff members, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively is beneficial to a productive individual. Phone conversations, written communication via email and formal letters, as well as in-person meetings all require them to have the ability to convey their ideas, concerns, and solutions.
- Writing- Communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the need of the audience.
- Mathematics- Using mathematics to solve problems.
- Proficiency with MS Office - Outlook and Excel.
- Strong Researching, observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Processing Information - Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
- Knowledge of SAP or ADP
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
- Sedentary Work - occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force to carry, lift, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, only sometimes required to walk and stand (unless in a travel situation).
- Computer Work - daily use of laptop, computer monitor screen, keyboard, and mouse, sometimes utilizing a headset with microphone & speakers.
