The individual will serve in a support capacity across multiple projects rather than being assigned to a single specific study. The Federal Work-Study (FWS) Lab Aide position is an entry-level student employee position (approx. 10 to 20 hours per week) that will assist the UNM Research Program - Psychedelic Therapies team with basic office logistics, routine errands, document filing, and general lab support. Duties & Responsibilities Specific duties include with direction and direct oversight from senior staff; the Federal Work-Study Student may participate in: * Printing, collating, scanning, and copying routine office documents, study forms, and binders. * Filing and organizing physical document binders and paper files. * Shredding paper and breaking down cardboard boxes for recycling. * Performing routine campus errands, including FCM<->ISUBI mail or package pickups and dry ice pickups. * Assisting senior staff with basic, routine data entry into standard spreadsheets or forms. * Completing other general clerical and office support tasks as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications * Strong reliability, punctuality, and organizational skills. * Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Email). * Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well under immediate supervision. * Good interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude. * Interest in learning about healthcare, clinical research, or mental health programs.
