Qualifications:
Mid or senior level associate with 3+ years expertise in either of fund finance or structured finance -- we will take that skillset and expand into broader types of financings. The successful candidate will have solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, such as fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings.
