- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
- Support internship, early-career, and employee development programs.
- Assist with employee engagement, recognition, and company culture initiatives.
- Help coordinate training and professional development programs.
- Support performance management and career development initiatives.
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee information and HRIS records.
- Gain exposure to employee benefits, leave administration, and other HR programs.
- Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and workforce metrics.
- Support HR compliance activities and employment documentation.
- Help prepare employee communications, presentations, and HR resources.
- Participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Assist with special projects designed to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
- Collaborate with employees, managers, and departments across the organization.
- Participate in HR team meetings, company events, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Support recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and recruiting events.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in working with people.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle information professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking, or other HR technology is a plus.
- Interest in talent acquisition, employee development, benefits, HR operations, or broader people strategy.
- Desire to learn and grow within an organization that invests in its people.
