Patient Revenue Management Organization Pursue your passion for caring with the Patient Revenue Management Organization, which is the fully integrated, centralized revenue cycle organization that supports the entire health system in streamlining the revenue cycle. This includes scheduling, registration, coding, billing, and other essential revenue functions for Duke Health. Duke University Health System - Patient Revenue Management Office (PRMO)seeks to hire an IT Analystwho will embrace our mission of Advancing Health Together. General Description of the Job Class: The IT Analyst serves as a liaison between Professional Billing & Collections (PBC), Duke IT, and supporting vendors. This role provides operational and technical expertise to support claims processing, accounts receivable follow-up, retro review workflows, clearinghouse operations, and Hyland OnBase functionality. Responsibilities include identifying system enhancement opportunities, translating business needs into technical requirements, supporting system implementations, coordinating testing activities, validating system changes, and serving as a subject matter expert on PBC workflows and Epic functionality. The analyst collaborates with operational leadership, IT partners, and vendors to implement system-driven solutions that improve workflow efficiency, claim quality, and revenue cycle performance. Required Qualifications at this Level Education Bachelor's degree or 4 years' experience equivalent to a degree Experience Work requires four years of related experience or possesses analytical skills to be able to trouble-shoot, identify issues and find solutions. Strong communication and documentation skills and a basic knowledge of billing systems requirements and programming. Strong data analysis skills.
