Join us as a Field Superintendent - Service Your main responsibilities
As a Field Superintendent of Existing Installations (EI), you will oversee servicing, maintenance andrepair of assigned units to meet customer and company standards for quality, safety and costmanagement. Support area objectives through effective project oversight and employee management. Operations Management - Build a safe and effective team environment by leading field technicians to ensure maintenance meets quality standards as well as contract requirements. Coordinate routes, scheduling, ordering parts and verifying payroll accuracy while assuring profitability. Partner with Area/Territory Operations Managers with implementation of company & industry best practices to achieve service financial and delivery metrics Problem Solving - Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and customer to investigate, resolve and address any operational challenges that may arise. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in relevant work experience in the elevator industry, construction industry or related field 5+ years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry experience preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities What's in it for you?
