TheSenior Analystis an effective communicator, has a strong sense of strategic direction and understanding of the digital/social eco-system.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Product, Promotions, Customer Support, Crewmembers,CorporateSocial Responsibility (CSR) andImpact, and other business teams, translating business priorities into effective social content plans.
Own the planning, development, and maintenance of JetBlue's organic social content calendar, proactively identifying always-on content opportunities, key business moments, and campaign priorities.
Act as the team's subject matter expert on social platform best practices, including channel strategy, copy optimization, link strategy, calls-to-action, and evolving platform features.
Own JetBlue's internal employee ambassador program (BlueCreators), including recruitment, engagement, content coordination, and ongoing program optimization to strengthen employee advocacy.
Support the development ofcreative and goal-orientedsocialmediabriefs, ensuringit aligns withstrategic objectives,andworkalongside key internal stakeholdersto gather necessary information and insights.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business,oran associatedfield;OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous related work experience
Demonstrated knowledge on a variety of social media channel capabilities, strengths, and attribution methodologies in efforts to drive greater measurable awareness, traffic, and conversion

The base pay range for this position is between $88,000.00 and $132,000.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
