Crew Lead - Foreman

HK Solutions Group/CME is seeking an experienced Crew Lead / Foreman - Residential Lining to join our team. This position is responsible for leading residential trenchless rehabilitation crews and overseeing daily field operations from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is an experienced pipelining or trenchless rehabilitation professional who is comfortable leading a crew, operating equipment, communicating with management, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise residential lining crews during daily field operations.
• Plan daily job activities, crew assignments, and work schedules.
• Perform and oversee trenchless lining installations and rehabilitation projects.
• Operate camera and jetting equipment as needed.
• Pull trailers and safely transport equipment to and from job sites.
• Conduct daily inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members and new employees.
• Complete and submit accurate daily reports to management.
• Communicate project updates, jobsite concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Maintain clean, organized, professional, and safe jobsites.
• Ensure employees follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in pipelining, trenchless rehabilitation, or a related field required.
• Previous crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience operating camera and jetting equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to safely pull trailers and operate company vehicles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively leading a crew.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Working both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions
• Regularly exposed to industrial environments involving equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials and odors
• Lift/move up to 75 pounds frequently, frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and gripping
