Lab Technician

This position is responsible for preparing, testing, and analyzing oil samples for PCB analysis by Gas Chromatography.

• Ensures all samples are prepared and analyzed in accordance with Laboratory's existing QAP and SOPs.
• Ensures all samples reported meet Laboratory's QC requirements.
• Tracking sample receipt.
• Ensuring all standards are in stock, prepped and are not expired.
• Keeping the lab and storage areas clean and organized.
• Ordering supplies, equipment and source standards required for PCB analysis.

• High School Diploma/GED, required.
• Basic computer skills including editing, formatting, document location, filing, using templates in Microsoft Word, Excel andotherMicrosoft Office software.
