This role will be a fully in office role for the first 6 months where it will transition into a hybrid role with 3-4 days in office. Reporting and analytics will play a critical role in shaping that transformation. We are seeking a highly strategic and intellectually curious Reporting & Analytics Lead to help build the analytics foundation for a rapidly evolving organization. This individual will partner closely with leaders across the Customer organization to define how success is measured, develop meaningful performance insights, and influence critical business decisions. This is more than a reporting role. The successful candidate will help design the future-state analytics capability, establish performance measurement frameworks, uncover opportunities hidden within complex data, and provide the insights needed to drive operational excellence and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate combines advanced analytical expertise with strong business acumen, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence decisions through compelling data storytelling.
