Position Title: Senior HR Generalist
Wage: Based on Experience We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our client's Human Resources team in Germantown, WI. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on a growing organization. This is a full-time, fully onsite, direct hire role for an experienced HR professional who can serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, think strategically, and partner with the business to drive organizational success. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role will play a critical part in supporting approximately 300 employees at their Germantown location. Senior HR Generalist Responsibilities: - Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support business objectives - Manage employee relations matters and conduct investigations as needed - Coach and mentor supervisors and managers on employee performance, engagement, and workplace issues - Lead performance management initiatives, including performance improvement plans and corrective action processes - Provide guidance on employment policies, procedures, and best practices - Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting for select positions - Collaborate with leadership to drive employee retention and workforce planning strategies - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws - Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives Requirements for Senior HR Generalist: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred - 5+ years of progressive HR experience with experience in the manufacturing industry - Strong employee relations and performance management expertise - Proven ability to coach and influence supervisors and managers - Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Experience with HRIS systems - Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills IND345 Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions has the resources of a large company but the feel and personalized customer service of a small one.
