Position Title: Project Coordinator III Work Location: Worcester, MA 01604 Assignment Duration: 06+ Months Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Position Summary: Project Manager for cross-functional, network-wide project to add incoming raw material testing to specifications. Key Responsibilities: Create comprehensive project plans, objectives, strategies and deliverables Translate project plan into measurable actions Track internal deliverables and third-party laboratory test method validation Metric reporting: Host periodic updates on management of process. Prepare and present oral reports to internal and external audiences. Timely elevation of risks to project Comply with all GxP and safety requirements, SOPs and company policies and procedures Qualifications & Experience: Project management experience Strong workload management and organizational skills. Attention to detail. Proficiency with common program management communication software tools and techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers, oral and written BS/BA in related field Analytical aptitude
