Two plus years of working experience as an office manager or administrative assistant at a construction related company.
• Experience using a multi-line phone system, with the ability to screen communications based on predetermined guidelines
• Experience providing support to construction estimating teams
• Comfortable making and answering client, subcontractor and vendor phone calls
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Experience working on cross functional teams
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong self-motivation

• Perform day-to-day office management tasks and administrative support including but not limited to answering and screening inbound calls, scheduling meetings and supporting management and estimating teams
• Greet and assist visitors and guests
• Troubleshoot IT issues and provide support when needed
• Support various facets of document control and administrative duties
• Provide support to the estimating team on bid/proposal preparation and tracking
• Create correspondence, make copies, handle shipping and receiving, order office supplies, etc.
