Job Summary CU Boulder encourages applications for a Temporary Alumni C Club Intern! This role supports the programs, events, communications, data management, and relationship-building efforts of the Alumni C Club, Colorado Athletics' Letterwinners association. The Alumni C Club serves former University of Colorado student-athletes and preserves the Pride & Tradition of Colorado Athletics by keeping generations of Buffs connected to their teams, one another, and the University. This position frequently interacts with former student-athletes, coaches, administrators, donors, campus partners, and guests. Integrity, hospitality, accuracy, discretion, and strong relationship-building skills are crucial. Working closely with the Executive Director, this position supports a robust calendar of alumni engagement and recognition programs, including the Colorado Athletics Hall of Fame, Hall of Honor, Legacy Wing, Living Legends, team reunions, Ski Ball, Alumni C Club pregame tailgates, Buffs Bash, postseason and bowl events, and other special programs. The coordinator also supports alumni research, historical roster development, database management, event registration, digital engagement, and direct communication with Letterwinners. The position supports the philosophy and objectives of Colorado Athletics and must adhere to University and Athletic Department policies and procedures, conference requirements, and NCAA rules and regulations.
