Job Requirements
We are seeking a Product Manager as part of our Consultant, Business & Product Delivery career path to support the modernization of legacy processes and systems through the delivery of modern, user-centered digital products and services. The Product Manager will support multiple digital products and initiatives, partnering with multidisciplinary teams of software developers, UX designers, subject matter experts, and customer stakeholders. This role will drive product strategy and roadmaps, manage product backlogs and Agile delivery, use analytics and stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions, and communicate product vision and performance to stakeholders and senior leadership. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work expected 1-3 days on site in Washington DC and the remainder remote. Regular availability is required during 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. ET. At Fearless, this Consultant role requires versatility and collaboration across teams and stakeholders to maximize value delivery and adoption. The role ensures alignment of product strategy with client goals, facilitates agile ceremonies and continuous improvement, and provides critical business and functional analysis to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.This role will possess and/or develop the skills to be able to span the domains of product management, scrum leadership, and business analyst at a practical application level of proficiency . This Consultant role will work on projects that allow them to support agile software development teams and client organizations. Your Responsibilities in this Role: * Develop and maintain product strategies and strategic roadmaps for digital services, including milestones, sprint plans, quarterly planning, and reporting. * Drive digital product strategy and ensure alignment with institutional objectives, stakeholder needs, feedback, and product usage trends. * Create, prioritize, and maintain product and delivery backlogs, user stories, and developer issues using ClickUp and GitLab. * Lead Product and Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demos, and retrospectives. * Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams of software developers, UX designers, and subject matter experts to deliver new digital products and continuously improve existing products and user experiences. * Interpret and build Google Analytics dashboards and analyze application utilization patterns and user behavior to inform product strategy and prioritization. * Build stakeholder buy-in for modern Product Management and iterative delivery approaches, including working effectively with elected officials and political appointees. * Communicate product vision, updates, risks, and performance metrics clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership. * Build and maintain professional relationships with staff supporting House Members, Committees, and Leadership Officers. * Coach junior Product Managers, including individuals new to the Product discipline, and coach technical teams on Agile Product Management and iterative product delivery best practices. Work Experience Project and Skill Requirements * Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, digital product delivery, or related roles. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance. * Proven track record developing product strategies and strategic roadmaps for digital services teams, including milestones, sprint plans, quarterly planning, and reporting. * Expertise developing product and delivery backlogs for multidisciplinary digital services teams that include software developers, UX designers, and subject matter experts. * Expertise organizing and managing product backlogs, user stories, and developer issues using ClickUp and GitLab. * Experience driving digital product strategy and aligning product decisions with institutional objectives, stakeholder needs, feedback, and usage trends. * Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams to deliver new digital products and continuously improve existing products and user experiences. * Experience leading Product and Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demos, and retrospectives. * Familiarity with interpreting and building Google Analytics dashboards and using application utilization patterns to inform product strategy. * Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder buy-in for modern Product Management and delivery approaches, including experience working with elected officials and political appointees. * Demonstrated ability to communicate product vision, updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership. * Demonstrated experience coaching junior Product Managers, including individuals new to the Product discipline, and coaching technical teams on Agile Product Management and iterative delivery practices. * Excellent presentation and communication skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and stakeholders. Preferred Experience * Prior experience delivering digital products or services in a federal government, legislative, or similarly complex public-sector environment. * Experience working with high-visibility or executive-level stakeholders in environments with multiple competing priorities. * Experience managing multiple digital products or initiatives concurrently. * Experience supporting the modernization of legacy processes or systems through user-centered digital product delivery. The salary range for this position is: Minimum Salary: $85,832 Salary Midpoint: $111,581 Maximum Salary: $139,477 Hiring Range for Role: $85,832 - $130,000 *This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance criteria.
