Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Project Execution Coordinator for our Little Rock, AR, office to support our Financial Operations organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a force multiplier for leadership by driving accountability, ensuring commitments are met, removing obstacles, and creating organizational capacity.

This individual will partner with project leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives move from discussion to execution. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to navigate difficult conversations, strong project management expertise, and the confidence to influence outcomes without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Execution and Accountability


  • Lead project tracking and execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Hold project owners accountable for commitments, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project health, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues.
  • Ensure action items are completed and projects remain on schedule.
  • Create visibility and transparency around project status and ownership.


Manage Cross-Functional Initiatives


  • Coordinate activities among finance, operations, technology, and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings and follow-up activities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and reporting dashboards.
  • Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.


Support Executive Leadership


  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to Finance senior leadership.
  • Protect leadership capacity by filtering and prioritizing project-related discussions.
  • Prepare executive-level updates, summaries, and reporting materials.
  • Help ensure leadership time is focused on the highest-value activities.


Facilitate Crucial Conversations


  • Address project delays, missed commitments, and execution challenges directly and professionally.
  • Navigate difficult conversations with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Influence decisions and outcomes without relying on formal authority.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Project Management, Mathematics or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management, program management, business operations, or similar experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong experience holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency with Asana.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills.


Preferred Qualifications


  • PMP certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting executive leaders or senior management teams.
  • Financial services, finance, accounting, or operational leadership experience.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and workflow optimization.
  • Training or experience in Crucial Conversations methodologies.
