Mass Torts Litigation Entry Level Associate

The Mass Torts group is seeking an entry-level associate (either Class of 2027 or a judicial clerk finishing their term) to be based in the Boston, Chicago, or Washington, DC offices to join in Fall 2027. As an associate, you will work collaboratively with cross-office teams on high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional matters involving multidistrict litigations, state coordinated actions, and complex product liability defense. This role offers hands-on opportunities to develop advanced litigation skills, including brief writing, discovery management, expert and fact development, and deposition and trial preparation. Must possess excellent analytical and writing skills and be comfortable managing multiple workflows and working with clients and colleagues in a busy and fast-paced environment.
