Schedule: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Reach and Clamp Operator in Chino, you'll keep pallets moving and product flowing with expert precision. This is where skill meets balance, and every lift proves you're built for the work. Keep it safe, keep it steady, keep it moving.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within a warehouse environment. The Operator ensures safe and efficient operation of multiple types of forklift equipment and may also perform order filler or order checker duties as needed, while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures. Employees in this position must spend fifty percent or more of their work time operating these forklifts as part of their core job duties.

Job Duties



  • Operates all material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following established work practices and safety procedures
  • Possesses basic understanding of equipment safety and adheres to all safety protocols
  • Completes and documents required pre-operation inspection forms for equipment
  • Stacks and stores merchandise in designated rack locations
  • Unloads inbound shipments safely and transports product to assigned storage locations
  • Pulls, stages, and prepares products for outbound shipment
  • Verifies that the correct quantity and product type are loaded and shipped



Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.



Experience Requirements



  • Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.
  • Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
  • Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous experience operating reach trucks in distribution centers or warehouse environments is preferred.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating additional powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Reach and Clamp Operator.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
  • Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.
