Onsite HR Coordinator

* Under the direction of Program leadership, assess talent employee needs.

* Develop, administer, and evaluate applicant tests.

* Schedule and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding of talent to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

* Complete new employee orientation checklist

* Train on Facility Safety; Dress Code; Code of Conduct (Inappropriate Behavior and Sexual Harassment Behaviors); Absentee Guidelines; Requesting Time Off; Tracking Time Worked; Electronic Time Entry; Facility Tours.

* Partner with recruiter to design and lead talent tenure touch points.

* Assist employees with edits/updates to position descriptions, "Skills Evaluation."

* Assure compliance of ongoing work-related training to meet client quality and compliance requirements

* Assist management/supplier with documentation.

* Close out contract employee's personal file.

* Review department SOPs and Work Instructions for quality and accuracy.
