JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Job Title: Research Assistant The School of Hospitality Management is seeking applicants for part-time job as a Research Assistant under faculty Dr. Chandler Yu. JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The School of Hospitality Management at Penn State University Park invites applications for part-time Research Assistants for SHM under Dr. Chandler Yu. Successful candidates may expect up to 20 hours of work per week throughout the regular academic calendar. Job duties to include: The Research Assistant will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational materials focused on AI and robotics in the food and hospitality industries. Responsibilities include developing instructional materials and case studies; assisting with classroom delivery of case studies and learning activities; developing survey and assessment instruments; supporting participant recruitment and data collection; and preparing, cleaning, managing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. The RA will also assist the project team with evaluating educational outcomes and refining instructional materials based on assessment results.
