Impact You'll Make

This role is central to enhancing executive productivity and operational effectiveness. You will contribute to key initiatives by providing high-level administrative support, expertly managing complex calendars across multiple stakeholders, and coordinating priorities to ensure the team operates efficiently. Your organizational prowess will empower leaders, allowing them to navigate their demanding schedules and strategic goals with greater ease and focus.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring their operational effectiveness and productivity.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinating priorities across multiple stakeholders with precision and foresight.
  • Orchestrate travel arrangements and meticulously plan and execute meetings, including preparing agendas and necessary documentation.
  • Serve as an information and communication manager, reviewing and analyzing incoming communications to determine significance and facilitate distribution.
  • Oversee general office duties, including supply ordering, maintaining robust records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Review and process various documents such as invoices, reports, memos, and financial statements.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of dedicated administrative support experience.
  • Proven expertise in complex calendar management for multiple stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience supporting senior leaders or executives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with an unwavering commitment to confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in standard office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Prior experience working within a large, global technology organization.
  • Familiarity with various internal tools and systems commonly used in enterprise environments.
  • Strong event planning capabilities.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
