We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional to join their dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of large-scale events. This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact by upholding the highest quality standards for event planning processes, directly influencing the success of numerous initiatives, and contributing to exceptional experiences for participants globally.

Are you a meticulous individual with a passion for ensuring seamless operations and excellence in event management? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and become an integral part of maintaining the integrity and compliance of our event planning. In this critical position, you will not only identify areas for improvement but also drive the evolution of our event planning methodologies, making a tangible impact on our global operations and enhancing the overall quality of our offerings. Your expertise will be key to elevating our standards and fostering continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct daily audits of event plans from local operations teams, meticulously ensuring compliance with established standards, proper system setup, and comprehensive inclusion of all stakeholder and external party details.
  • Document areas requiring additional detail to meet standards or external stakeholder needs, refining plans to be fully event-ready, and providing constructive coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Analyze trends in planning gaps (e.g., logistical challenges despite prior planning) to identify the need for new standards or processes, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership on current process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of large event program standards, training materials, and best practices, shaping the future of event quality.
  • Prepare regular reports on event quality performance, delivering key insights and tracking progress against improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with program managers, local operations teams, and various internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and high-quality event execution.
  • Review event plans from local operations teams, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and incorporation of all external stakeholder guidance (e.g., public documents on road closures, communications with event coordinators).
  • Refine plans to ensure they are holistic based on standards and identified trends, suggesting direct changes for acceptance by local operations teams.
  • Analyze recurring gaps identified through plan reviews, pinpointing opportunities to improve overall processes and tooling for enhanced efficiency and quality of event plans.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Project and Event Management role.
  • A deep understanding of Event Management best practices, particularly for large organizations, balancing customer experience with robust risk mitigation.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, with a keen eye for identifying missed information and potential issues.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, extract actionable insights from data, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and provide constructive feedback.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting, while maintaining strong collaboration within a global team.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, event management/hospitality, or quality.
