Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be part of our global recruitment and local HR team in a fast-paced and dynamic organization. You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and will work alongside Towers key stakeholders. You will take part in all recruiting activities, including coordinating activities to support and identify top talents, pitch our company and vision, build and shape great teams, and use innovative recruiting methods to improve the hiring process.

  • You can manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake strategy to offer acceptance, ensuring a high-touch, positive experience for all candidates.
  • You can proactively source and engage active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, industry networks, and referral programs.
  • You can serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR business partners, providing data-driven guidance on market conditions, talent availability, and candidate evaluation.
  • You can screen and evaluate complex candidate skill sets against specific role requirements across union and non-union semiconductor functions.
  • You can maintain full compliance with federal, state, and labor regulations. Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline velocity, channel effectiveness) to continuously refine sourcing strategies.
  • You can utilize multiple HR Tech platforms to streamline operations and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our talent acquisition model.
  • You have hands-on recruiting experience within the semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or hard-tech sectors, including familiarity with union labor environments.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple competing priorities and systems.
  • You have a proven ability to build credibility and establish strong working relationships with hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and candidates.
  • You are a creative problem-solver who continuously stays updated on market trends and competitor activity to gain a hiring edge.
  • You are motivated by team achievements, collaborative problem-solving, and a shared goal of building high-performing teams.
Job Requirements

Must Have:

  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM) preferably Success Factors.
  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, ideally within semiconductor, microelectronics, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech engineering environments.
  • Must be willing to work on-site from our Newport Beach, CA office. (1 day work from home per week)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field (or equivalent practical recruiting experience).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in semiconductor industry.

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000
