Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private, non-profit, human service agency providing a variety of services throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) Are you passionate about helping individuals and families build new lives and achieve economic independence? Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our Refugee Resettlement Program. In this rewarding role, you will help refugees successfully transition into the workforce by developing employment opportunities, building employer partnerships, leading employment readiness workshops, and providing individualized support to clients as they navigate life in the United States. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, building community connections, advocating for others, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of refugees and immigrants.
