Position Title: Production - 1st Shift
Wage: $19.49/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5:00am - 3:00pm Join the production team at a dynamic food manufacturing environment in Monticello, WI, offering a great opportunity to develop industrial skills and contribute to essential food production processes. Production Responsibilities: - Perform sanitation tasks, working with strong chemicals following safety protocols - Inspect and clean equipment undersides to ensure proper hygiene and maintenance - Fill, flip, lift, and palletize forms as part of the production line - Transport materials by cart and push filled carts onto lifts, including elevating to 3 ft and moving to the packaging area - Distribute curd into vats using shoveling techniques, sometimes manually - Load, bag, scale, label, and box products, occasionally using a retractable knife - Cut products with small paring knives as required - Assist with other production activities as needed in a fast-paced environment Requirements for Production: - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently - Experience in food production or sanitation is helpful but not required - High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory - Capable of reading, understanding, and following written procedures - Ability to communicate effectively within the plant environment IND038 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
