Position Title: Mold Operator
Wage: $19.00/hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 10:54pm-7:00am QPS Employment Group is hiring a Mold Operator for a company in Germantown, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 3rd shift. Mold Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and production schedules - Load and unload parts from molds and machines - Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections to ensure product quality - Identify and report defects, machine issues, or material concerns to the supervisor - Complete required production and quality documentation accurately - Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting as trained - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies - Assist with material handling and packaging of finished products as needed Mold Operator Requirements: - Previous manufacturing or molding experience preferred (training provided) - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail - Ability to read work instructions and follow quality standards - Strong attendance and reliability - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to lift up to 15-30 pounds as needed - Frequent standing, bending, and reaching - Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machines and noise QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
