Position Title: Tire Technician
Wage: $22.00 - $24.00/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Tire Technician / Mechanic Assistant to join our 2nd shift team in Franksville, WI. This is a physically demanding role that requires frequent lifting and hands-on work. No prior experience is required; we are willing to train the right person. Over time, you will learn additional mechanical skills and take on more responsibilities. Tire Technician Responsibilities: - Assist mechanics with daily tasks and general shop needs - Mount, dismount and change tires - Move, lift, and carry heavy items (up to 100 lbs) - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Perform basic shop duties such as organizing tools, cleaning work areas, and preparing equipment - Occasionally work outdoors as required - Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Requirements for Tire Technician: - Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs regularly - Comfortable performing strenuous physical labor - Willingness to learn and grow into additional mechanical tasks - Dependable, punctual, and able to work 2nd shift (2pm-10:00pm or until done) - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - No previous tire or mechanic experience required; training provided IND012 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
