GAI Consultants is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced in recruiting Transportation professionals in a civil engineering business environment within the NE and SE U.S. The successful candidate may work a remote schedule. This individual will be responsible for using their professional experience and network to source candidates for requisitions as well as build a pipeline of talent. This individual will work closely with business leadership to understand hiring needs and build a targeted sourcing plan. This position will target planning, engineering & environmental consulting-based talent in the Transportation and Infrastructure business unit. The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Bachelors of Human Services (preferred) Experience
7 years: Defining and implementing research and sourcing strategies for critical positions (required)
7 years: Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other similar/related sourcing tools (required) 7 years: Experience required in the social digital and recruitment arena. (required) 7 years: Industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies and user groups. (required) 7 years: Experience in planning, engineering and environmental consulting. (required) 7 years: Experience sourcing technical talent across various planning, engineering & environmental consulting disciplines (Civil, Structural, Infrastructure, Transportation, Construction, Water/Wastewater, etc.) (required) Licenses & Certifications
SHRM Cert Professional (preferred)
