Position Summary: The Architectural Designer I is an early-career professional who brings a collaborative mindset, critical thinking, and a commitment to continued growth and design excellence. Working in a hybrid environment under the guidance of a Project Designer and other team members, this position supports multidisciplinary design teams across market sectors and throughout all project phases, from concept development through construction. Responsibilities include conducting programmatic and design research, creating compelling graphics for competitions, pursuits, and project work, and producing digital models, visualizations, renderings, and physical models that effectively communicate design concepts. This role offers meaningful opportunities to strengthen both design and technical skills while contributing as an integral member of one or more project teams. Essential Functions:
