Construction Coordinators are responsible for planning and scheduling our internal construction teams as well as utilizing various programs to estimate, track, and facilitate monthly work plan. Working as a key component of a high performing Construction team that will allow you to expand your skills and provide knowledge and feedback for other initiatives. The successful individual will possess a high degree of respect for safe work habits, display a great work attitude, and work effectively in a construction environment, while acting independently in the execution of pipeline Integrity and maintenance projects. Job Summary The Construction Coordinator serves as the vital link between TC Energy's project management group and internal construction services team, ensuring seamless project lifecycle management. This role encompasses front-end planning, including developing project schedules, cost estimates, and procurement, as well as providing logistical support. The coordinator utilizes various programs to estimate, track, and facilitate monthly work plans for internal construction teams. Throughout the project's duration, the coordinator maintains fiscal accountability through precise cost forecasting, purchase order management, and financial tracking. Upon project closure, the coordinator ensures all documentation is accurate and closeout procedures are followed. The ideal candidate will prioritize safe work habits, exhibit a positive work attitude, and independently manage pipeline integrity and maintenance projects, while contributing to a high-performing construction team and offering valuable feedback for other initiatives.
