A Day in Your Life at MKS: MKS is seeking a Corporate Counselto join its global Legal Department. The successful candidate will report to the Company's Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Secretary, and will work on a team with responsibility for a broad range of securities, corporate governance, and other corporate legal matters, including SEC disclosure, debt refinancings/restructurings, equity plan management, tax reorganizations and global subsidiary management. This is a great opportunity to work with an energetic, creative and driven team for a large, international corporation. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site weekly in Andover, MA. *This role is HYBRID and candidate must be within commutable driving distance to our Corporate HQ in Andover MA and commit to working onsite 3 days weekly.
