Job Summary Location: 4 Centennial Drive, Peabody, MA Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Join a collaborative Neurosurgery and Spine practice where your clinical skills, attention to detail, and patient-first approach help create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient. As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in keeping the practice running efficiently while working closely with providers, patients, and families in a fast-paced specialty care setting. Work a consistent weekday schedule with no evening or weekend shifts. Use your clinical and administrative skills to help patients feel prepared, supported, and cared for throughout their visit. Collaborate with experienced providers and care team members in a professional, patient-centered environment. What You'll Do Support efficient patient flow throughout the practice. Assist during office visits, including rooming patients and supporting examinations, procedures, and treatments as directed. Perform clinically appropriate care coordination tasks, such as general patient guidance, test results, prescription refill support, and related follow-up needs. Maintain neat, clean, organized, and safe patient care areas. Interact with patients and families in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner. Qualifications* Required Qualifications High School diploma/GED Either BLS or Annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire Preferred Qualifications Medical Assistant Course or diploma program or a minimum of 1-year professional experience National MA Certification via AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT Additional Job Details (if applicable) What We Offer This is an opportunity to join a respected Sports Medicine team where your work directly supports patients, providers, and the overall care experience.
