Job Summary Location: 4 Centennial Drive, Peabody, MASchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Join a collaborative Neurosurgery and Spine practice where your clinical skills, attention to detail, and patient-first approach help create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient. As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in keeping the practice running efficiently while working closely with providers, patients, and families in a fast-paced specialty care setting. Why This Role Stands Out *Be part of a specialty care team supporting patients through important neurosurgery and spine care visits. *Work a consistent weekday schedule with no evening or weekend shifts. *Use your clinical and administrative skills to help patients feel prepared, supported, and cared for throughout their visit. *Collaborate with experienced providers and care team members in a professional, patient-centered environment. What You'll Do *Support efficient patient flow throughout the practice. *Assist during office visits, including rooming patients and supporting examinations, procedures, and treatments as directed. *Perform clinically appropriate care coordination tasks, such as general patient guidance, test results, prescription refill support, and related follow-up needs. *Maintain neat, clean, organized, and safe patient care areas. *Interact with patients and families in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
