Job Summary The Assistant Director of Operations (AD) manages the overall custodial, dorm hospitality, and floor care operations, for the FBI Academy and associated buildings (approx. l.2mil sq. ft.). The AD manages approx. a $200,000 annual budget of operational expense accounts, to ensure contract requirements are consistently met. The AD leads the Training Program for all Supervisors and direct reports, ensuring all Custodial Standards and Corporate required trainings are achieved, utilizing current training experience, outsourced vendors and in-house resources. The AD coordinates directly with the Quality Control Manager to ensure quality standards are maintained through inspection, corrective actions and follow through with all Supervisors. Provide the Director administrative and subject matter support for the Community of Practice Team. The AD is responsible for managing the office staff in the Director of Operations absences. The AD supports the Director as needed to ensure corporate policy, process, business and contractual and operational requirements are met. The AD is responsible for managing approx. 50+ employees (6 Supervisors, 5 Leads, and 40+ direct employees). The AD is the secondary point of contact and assistant to the Director in Contracting Officer Representative (COR) communications and ensuring COR expectations are met, and other stakeholders such as the Unit Chiefs, and Building Managers remain satisfied with the performance outcome of the total operations (custodial, linen, dorms, floor care etc.).
