The Team: The Replenishment Planning team is a critical part of Mattel's Global Supply Chain Planning organization, ensuring product availability across our global distribution network. As Mattel continues to transform its supply chain into a competitive advantage, this team serves as the strategic link between Regional Planning, Global Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics to deliver the right inventory, in the right place, at the right time. The Opportunity: The Associate Manager, Replenishment Planning - American Girl, is responsible for leading supply and replenishment planning across a portfolio of American Girl brands. This role balances inventory across multiple distribution centers and sales channels while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, optimize inventory investment, and support business objectives throughout the product lifecycle.
