Distribution Center Supervisor

Location: Monroe, MI

Pay: $26.26 - $28.89 per hour

Schedule: Onsite | 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM | Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

We are seeking a strong, experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to lead a team of 15-35 hourly employees in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate is a confident people leader who can manage employee performance, handle disciplinary matters, maintain accountability, and ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role focuses on leadership and operational management rather than hands-on warehouse work.

  Supervise 15-35 employees across inbound, outbound, cross-dock, and inventory operations.

  Manage employee performance, attendance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  Set clear expectations, enforce policies, and maintain team accountability.

  Monitor productivity, safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

  Lead shift meetings, coordinate staffing, and ensure efficient daily operations.

  Identify process improvements and collaborate with leadership to resolve operational challenges.

  High School Diploma or GED required; college degree not required.

  
  
• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

  Proven ability to manage employees, handle disciplinary matters, and maintain operational efficiency.

  Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing supervisory experience preferred.

  Union/UAW supervisory experience is a plus.

  Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
