Description

    Analyzing and determining technical training needs, administers plans, procedures, and programs for selected groups to meet training needs and problems
  • Ensuring consistent application of training standards
  • Planing, evaluating, organizing, and developing training curricula and materials to meet specific training needs
  • Supervising or conducting special courses designed for training selected groups of organization employees, facilitating training during introduction of new courses
  • Tracking and analyzing training programs by examining learner's satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance
  • Administering improvements or changes to training programs to improve on the programs' effectiveness
  • Providing instruction and guidance to trainers; typically providing leadership and technical direction for a project team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years of experience
  • Experience in developing training curriculum and instruction of active duty Marines
  • Extensive experience with military tactical radio systems
  • Instructor Certification (CTT, Military Instructor Certification, etc)
  • Knowledge with establishing training needs
  • Experience in conducting classroom training
  • Knowledge of Individual Training Standards (ITS)
  • Experience with military tactical communications systems/equipment (ie: Harris, Thales, General Dynamics)
  • Experience with AN/PRC 117F_G/119/148/150/152/155/158/160; AN/PSC5D; AN/TRC-209; AN/MRC145/148
  • Experience with software defined radios, HF/VHF/UHF SATCOM and COMSEC
  • Experience with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) processes
