About the Role

You will be instrumental in supporting high-profile recognition programs, directly impacting brand presence and fostering stronger relationships across the industry. Your contributions will be critical in elevating the organization's visibility and forging essential industry connections, working collaboratively to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities



  • Support the end-to-end execution of high-profile recognition programs, ensuring operational excellence across asset management, vendor coordination, and event logistics.
  • Conduct meticulous quality checks and prepare finalist/winner assets, including logos, badges, and collateral, ensuring precise participant/category pairing and accurate spelling across all deliverables.
  • Create and securely distribute asset packages to vendors and internal teams using cloud storage and collaboration platforms.
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel logistics for program evaluators with the dedicated travel team, encompassing speaker scheduling and managing release forms.
  • Organize and diligently track participant release forms and key performance indicators for over 40 finalist entries, and submit bulk approval requests for internal platforms.
  • Manage and implement platform updates in preparation for critical program milestones.
  • Execute mass communications and manual formatting, including tracking responses and sending RSVP reminders for award ceremonies.
  • Compile and package non-finalist feedback for upload to the content management system, ensuring a closed-loop communication process.
  • Collaborate effectively across various organizational boundaries, partnering with travel, legal, creative, and external-facing teams to define, manage, and prioritize deliverables under tight deadlines.


Required Skills & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in program/project coordination, event operations, or marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 40+ concurrent workstreams, track key performance indicators, and meet tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Proficiency with secure cloud storage, collaboration platforms, mass communication tools, and content management systems.
  • Proven ability to manage travel logistics, speaker scheduling, and release form workflows.
  • Exceptional precision in quality-checking assets (logos, badges, collateral), verifying spelling, and ensuring correct participant/category pairing.
  • Strong written communication skills for executing mass communications, manual formatting, RSVP tracking, and effective stakeholder correspondence.
