This organization is dedicated to empowering developers and businesses globally through its expansive platforms and services, fostering a vibrant ecosystem of creativity and technological advancement.

About the Role

As a pivotal member of our client's developer marketing team, you won't just manage projects; you'll orchestrate success. This role is designed for a strategic thinker and a meticulous executor who thrives on bringing complex marketing initiatives to life. You will be the vital link, ensuring every detail is accounted for, every deadline is met, and every stakeholder is aligned, directly contributing to the successful engagement of a global developer community. You will be instrumental in launching products and ongoing go-to-market execution, coordinating closely with agency vendors and internal teams to ensure every project moves smoothly from kickoff to completion. Your ability to anticipate needs, flag risks early, and ensure work lands on time and to a high standard will be crucial to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination with external agency vendors and internal teams, ensuring deliverables land on time and to spec.
  • Build and maintain workback schedules, project timelines, and trackers across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Document feedback across review rounds, route it to the right partners, and drive follow-through to resolution.
  • Manage day-to-day project logistics, keeping projects moving through each stage of review and approval.
  • Monitor project status, proactively surface risks and blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned on deadlines and dependencies.
  • Maintain organized documentation and clear single sources of truth for all active projects.
  • Facilitate clear, timely communication between internal teams and agency partners.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of project or program management experience.
  • Experience coordinating with and managing external agency vendors.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent launches with competing deadlines and reprioritizing in real time.
  • Strong track record building workback schedules, trackers, and managing timelines.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., tasks, case systems, or common office suites).
  • Strong meeting facilitation and written status-reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across concurrent projects.
  • Clear, proactive communicator who drives follow-through and accountability.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment with creative, marketing and developer teams.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Prior experience with large-scale technology companies is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with developer or technical marketing content and the review nuances it requires.
  • Experience with budget tracking, Statements of Work (SOWs), and vendor/Purchase Order (PO) management.
  • Experience partnering with localization/international teams on multi-market launches.
  • Comfort using AI tools to streamline project management workflows and reporting.
