Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide professional customer service to visitors, employees, and clients at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Receive and direct guests, deliveries, and telephone inquiries in a courteous, professional manner while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Observe front lobby activity and report unusual behavior, access concerns, or facility issues to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess at least 3 years of experience as Military Police, a Corrections Officer, Armed Security, or a Certified Law Enforcement Graduate.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
