As a Security Officer Patrol Full - Time in Luckey, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide professional customer service. You will use communication and teamwork to help maintain a welcoming environment while demonstrating Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution center, including warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized activity or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• Help to deter theft, trespassing, and other security-related concerns through a visible presence, routine patrol activity, and timely reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
