As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol Operations in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control, and maintain a visible presence that helps deter incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team culture built on integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Valid Driver's License: Adherence to our AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123) is essential for this role.
• Access Control/Badge Experience: Familiarity with access control systems and badge management (B201) is a key component of our security operations.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet: Proficiency in using technology (B204) is necessary for effective communication and reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; promptly document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or prohibited items to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
