Join Our Team as an Adolescent Treatment Coordinator!

Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of Addiction Treatment, you will assist in directing and coordinating the counseling and educational activities of the Addiction Treatment Program, with a focus on the young adult county contract.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field
  • LCPC or LCSW-C required

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years in alcohol and drug counseling, ideally with young adults and adolescents
  • Experience in a counseling setting is a plus, especially with young adult populations

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong communication abilities across documentation, phone, computer, and face-to-face interactions
  • Proficient in a variety of computer applications

Working Conditions:

  • Engaging office environment with a moderate noise level
  • Fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere that may require flexibility in hours
  • Adherence to safety protocols regarding bloodborne pathogens and hazardous materials
