Compensation: $23.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience

Shift: 1st Shift, 8am-4:30pm M-F

In this role, you will:



  • Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation, annual trainings, and ongoing staff development programs.
  • Support and maintain certifications in CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention, and safety training programs.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to identify, develop, and implement training opportunities across the organization.
  • Manage training records and learning management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve employee learning and development.
  • Provide hands-on support to employees and facilitators by scheduling, coordinating, and delivering training sessions.
  • Utilize technology, virtual learning platforms, and multimedia tools to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to support a culture of learning, growth, and excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • A minimum of six months experience in training and development required
  • Six months, recent experience in Intellectual Developmental Disabilities programs
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, strongly preferred
  • Onsite position in Marlton, NJ
