Description

The Air Concierge is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving as the primary point of contact for arriving and departing passengers and flight crews. This position supports the coordination of ancillary services and ensures seamless execution of customer requests, both within the Executive Terminal and on the aircraft parking ramp. The Air Concierge works closely with the Line Service Manager and site leadership team to provide prompt, professional service and to proactively communicate and escalate any customer needs, issues, or concerns.

Customer Service & Hospitality




  • Greet and welcome passengers and flight crews upon arrival on the aircraft parking ramp





  • Provide direction to the terminal or coordinate passenger pick up logistics





  • Deliver a high touch, personalized customer service experience aligned with Modern Aviation standards





  • Thank customers for their visit and encourage repeat business




Aircraft & Passenger Support




  • Assist with offloading and loading passenger luggage and baggage





  • Support flight crews with baggage handling and transportation needs





  • Assist with interior aircraft cleaning and trash removal, as requested





  • Provide catering, coffee, ice, newspapers, and other amenities during departure preparation




Ground Operations & Coordination




  • Coordinate and position rental vehicles for arriving passengers





  • Escort customer vehicles on and off the airfield as needed





  • Ensure all fuel and service orders are completed accurately and on time for departures





  • Direct flight crews to the terminal for fuel and service requests




Team Collaboration & Operational Support




  • Partner with line service and operations team members to ensure efficient service delivery





  • Assist teammates when not actively supporting customers





  • Communicate issues, delays, or service gaps promptly to management





  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery and best practices




Complete other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Qualifications




  • High school diploma or equivalent required





  • Must have open work availability as schedules may vary, nights and weekends included





  • Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or line service experience preferred





  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years with fewer than seven points is required





  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English




Working conditions and physical demands for this role



  • Ability to work both indoors in the Executive Terminal and outdoors on the aircraft parking ramp

  • Must be able to lift and handle luggage and materials on a regular basis



  • Exposure to varying weather conditions and aircraft noise



  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required





Must be able to perform frequent walking, sitting, stooping, stretching, bending, reaching, and grasping actions. May be required to work nights and weekends. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Modern Aviation's Pay Range

$15.00 - $17.00 + benefits.



The Modern Aviation pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or other laws.
